I had a mix of experiences at The Trade Boutique Hotel. The location and design are wonderful. but I faced some issues with service and communication. While the room was comfortable and the amenities satisfactory, there were quite a few hiccups that detracted from my stay.

Rooms

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed, a sofa for Netflix nights, and a kitchenette. However, I felt it lacked sufficient storage for toiletries in the bathroom, which had great lighting.
Service

Jerome at the front desk was welcoming and checked me in quickly. However, the staff as a whole seemed to need more hospitality training, as I encountered issues with my room reservation being marked as a no-show.
Location

The hotel boasts a superb location near the bustling area, but I could hear noise from nearby pubs and clubs. which was a bit disruptive at times. The proximity to local attractions is definitely a plus.

Breakfast at the restaurant below was excellent and a highlight of my stay. However, the roof deck didn't serve food, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel offered good amenities, though I was surprised to find a daily parking fee not mentioned upfront. Some housekeeping details, like towel replacement policy, could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at The Trade Boutique Hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, which really elevated the experience. Though there were minor issues like staff service not being as professional as I expected and limited breakfast options, the overall comfort and location made up for it.

I had a lovely one-night stay at The Trade Boutique Hotel. The design and cleanliness of my Standard Queen Room were impressive, and the rooftop bar provided stunning views. However, I was disappointed that my complimentary wine wasn't offered upon check-in, and I had to ask for it. Overall, a charming hotel with great potential.

The service could be improved, particularly with the reception staff, and I found the breakfast offerings a bit lacking. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but a few adjustments would make it even better.

I had a pretty nice stay at The Trade Boutique Hotel in Cape Town, thanks to its awesome location and modern vibe. The rooftop area was a highlight for me, although I'd love to see a bigger menu there and maybe a better coffee setup. There were some construction noises nearby, which was a bit annoying, but overall, it was a good value for the price.
